HELEN FANG

CEO

Helen has an extensive experience in Marketing and Selling consumer goods in 3 different industries, Investment Banking, Commercial Real-estate and Private Education Schools. Helen analyzes and understands Consumer buying trends regularly to skillfully position Products and Services offered in an effective way to bring significant revenues growth to the business.
Helen holds dual master’s degrees in both Economics and Telecommunications from University of Colorado at Boulder.

SHLOMO ASSA

PRESIDENT

Shlomo is a seasoned Executive with 30+ years of Business Development & Entrepreneurial expertise in both Health Care and Industrial Material Processing. Shlomo was the global CTO for Candela, one of the biggest laser medical aesthetic companies in the world. He led Candela for 20 quarters’ of continuous growth by introducing innovative products and tripled the company’s revenue in four years. Prior to joining Candela, Shlomo founded and successfully sold four start-up companies with game-changing inventions and break-through technologies in laser industry .
Shlomo holds BSC. in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Technion, Haifa, and MSC. In Lasers and Optics from Tel Aviv University.
